On positive side of development, KPSC has changed syllabus for gazetted probationer mains examination.
The new pattern will have 7 papers carrying 250 marks each along with two qualifying language papers.
New syllabus for main exam
The pattern is very much similar to UPSC main examination, so the preparation for union and state services are inline from now. Since the syllabus include more generic papers the competition is much fair now and there is not much difference between guys from different stream; even the battle has become flat both for experienced and freshers.
